My cellphone has been soft locked as I reached my credit limit. Firstly, I could not contact their call centre to request a limit increase - as this is not a toll free number. I have a second cellphone with a different cell phone provider (thank!) and my cell phone has been soft locked in the past - with this cellphone provider you are able to make a call with that cellphone to unblock/remove the lock.
I now had to load airtime on my 2nd phone and contact the nashua mobile call centre and waited 30 minutes for them to pick up - no luck! I then left a message (this enables them to call you back) - still no luck! it's been 3 days and no one from Nashua Mobile has contacted me! Pathetic service!
