I logged a claim a week ago. Wanting to know if the vehicle is going to be repaired, I tried contacting MiWay. First I tried contacting Penelope directly, with no luck. Then I sent her an email, with no luck. Then I tried the on-line call me back service, with no luck. Then I tried the call centre, got placed on hold to be put through to the right department and then conveniently the call gets dropped.
Please MiWay, all I need is a call from you without lodging a complaint. And yes I am aware that there possibly is a large volume of claims, but as a good paying customer, a one minute calls seems justified.
