No support for eWallet Pro

FNB,

We have four business accounts with you and I've been trying to get eWallet Pro set up for the last two weeks in order to pay our employees. I initially phoned the tel number on the eWallet Pro page which is 0861 31 32 10 / 087 575 9405 but I was told they would have to get someone to phone me, they do not deal with this service.

I eventually emailed my request through to the email address: [Email Removed] but no reply. I then lodged a complaint on the FNB web site when finally someone repsonded with the name Roegaya. When I explained my request to Roegaya she dissapeared and never replied. I then went into the FNB branch in Festival Mall, where I was told they will take my details and get someone to set up this service. I gave all my details and request and didnt get any response.

I then again, emailed [Email Removed] with another lenghty request with no luck. Today, I phoned the call centre and was now transferred between 4 call centre consultants with no luck. I have my major staff meeting on Friday where I was suppose to introduce this service but it seems I will have to go with the Capitec solution seeing FNB ignore their business owners.

Very Disappointed!
