I AM WAITING FOR RESPONCE FROM MTN 5DAYS NO ONE CAN HELP ME AND MUST PHONE 10 PLACES OF MTN AND NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME.

I Elize Maritz, i have been a MTN client for four years or more and never had any problem with the rate of servive until NOW!
I'm upset and very unhappy with MTN help and service towards me this last day or two!
On the 3/01/2013 I upgraded my contract with MTN at the Carnival Mall branch for a Sony Xperia Go to my unsatisfactory.
Although all staff told me it's a good fone it's not ideal for my individual needs!!!
None of your branches has real life demos, but can only provide info of a pc witch I find unprofessional for the reason no client will be provided with al the necessary details and functions of the specific fone!
All in one i'm NOT happy with this fone and i'm NOT going to pay for something I donot want!! The fone isn't 7 days old and I can't see how MTN can't let me swop for another fone.
Please can MTN assist me on this as a matter of urgency!!
