I upgtraded my contract at mtn in promenade mall in january. I did sighn for a R349 package, the lady advised is To take the sony james bond fone.
I am now told that I have a R359 contract, I was told its a R349 now y must I pay the extra R10. I also sent the fone away 3 times and the fone is still giving me a problem, it still has the same problems, it opens apps on its own, it charges not all the time, this is the worst fone, and the worst service ever. I'm realy not happy or impressed at all. I canot remember the ladys name that upgraded my contract but m sure it should be on record. Stuck with a problem fone and overchArged. This I not on at all.
