Unacceptable service received

My cellphone-Sony Xperia t was giving me battery problems where the battery life was not lasting (96% to 26% in a matter of 2 hours) and the phone seemed to take ages to charge up. I took the phone to Killarney Mall on the 06 May for them to have a look at it and advise further. The consultant adviced on sending it to the repairs centre which I agreed to not knowing any better. Thereafter 10 days late i collected my fone from the killarney branch only to find that the problem still persisted. On the same day I took the fone back to the killarney branch and was told to take it to the store that I purchased it from as it would need to go for a warranty assessment. On the 21 May i dropped the fone off at Northgate branch only to be told that the fone was actually supposed to have been send straight for a warranty assessment and not go in for a repair! someone from the store was to get back to me regarding the assessment by friday the 24th May. No one to this date has contacted me regarding this fone. I called the repairs centre and was told that the assessment was rejected. I have asked to speak to the manager and to date no one has called me! I am extremely off by this service!!!
