The fone stopped working after 3 months. sent to nashua mobile for repairs, they sent it to sonys service center for repairs who sent it back saying the fone cannot be repaired due to water damage. the fone has never been near water since i have had it.the water damage indicators on the fone (little white tags placed inside the fone that turn red when coming into contact with moisture) are all still white. I have now been without the fone for a month now, loged a complaint with sony but have not heard anything for over a week now. Really pathetic from there side. Maybee they should check up with cpa act. If this is not resolved within the next 7 days I will lay a complaint with the cpa
