Very Unhappy Client

I waz mugged early December 2012 and had my blackberry taken 4rm me, I really needed a fone, so while da insurance processed da claim 4 a new 1, I regretfully opted 2 upgrade my 2nd line and took a Sony Xperia T as my upgrade handset.. It took more dan da advised 24hours 4 my sim swop 2 be acknowledged by da network, n by den da insurance had replaced my blackberry, which meant me upgradin waz in vein as it didn't serve its purpose which waz 4 me 2 have a fone so that I cud be contacted shud de be any emergencies. Little did I know dis waz jus da beginnin of my problems, becuase while on holiday in durban, after havin da fone 4 jus ova 2 weeks, da fone jus simply stopped turning on. I took da fone 2 an mtn store and waz told dat repair tym wud be less if I took da fone 2 da store I took da handset from because it would take longer b4 I receive da fone being dat I stay in jozi and I'll be sendin da fone from durban. My xperia hasn't worked since b4 Christmas, n wen I got back 2 jozi onda 5th, da 1st thing I did onda 6th waz 2 send it in. I waz told I wud get feedback by da thursday, den it waz friday, den monday, n 2day dez still nothin! Da R1000 debit went off on tym yet no fone??
