Failure to replace faulty fone after 4 months

Had a faulty fone took it in and they aproved that I needed to get a new one. Since September up until today I don't have a fone. Now they are telling me that the manufacturer of the fone no longer makes the model. But they still advertise that model. That I dnt understand why are they still advertising it. Now they want to force me into taking a product that I dnt want. I had asked them to cancel the current contract because they failed to do their part in providing me with the fone that we had agreed upon and allow me to start a new contract where I can choose the fone that I want. But they just don't want to listen at all and it seems they just don't care about their customers. I'm done with them.
