After my contract application was approved on the 31/01/2013, I am still waiting for a phone. I understand there was no stock and accepted that however after I changed the colour which I was told is available before I made the change - I find myself having to wait because someone is always sending an email to that department. Too much of red tape and lengthy processes.
After many years as a loyal supporter with an above average spend, I find myself resorting to this medium to get some form of service/feedback.
I hope this at least works and someone will tell me something other than "we sending an email" and give me a proper turn around time.
