So i made contact with vodacom via the online chat to get my contract upgraded.. i was told that i am unable to do so and needed to wait just under a month longer to do so. i advised that i am a loyal vodacom customer and my average spend is over R800 a month. (that equates to R20000 for the duration of my contract.) vodacom says it is there policy that i need to spend over R1600 a month to qualify for less than a months early upgrade.
i tried to reason and explain to Leon Bezuidenhout who was the manger that called me back but all he kept on saying is there is nothing he can do. i find it unfair that vodacom in todays economic climate expect you to spend that amount to benefit from an early upgrade, as if R800 is not a lot. im in a position where i need a phone... why is my provider fighting me over a few days.. please escalate as i would like this resolved to the best of vodacoms potential ie: a positive outcome and in turn a satisfied custome
