Contract changed without my consent

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, upgrading my contract every two years. The last upgrade was in 2011, and to my knowledge i was on Top up 275 s, where i will get it on the 1st of every month, i got a message from them on the 7th January 2013, saying that my contract will be changed to Blackberry 240 BES, and i called them letting them know that i did not request this change and was told that it won't change as it doesn't show anything from their side. I was surprised this morning when i did not receive my top up, and called them to find out, and now i was told that my package has been changed even if after they have reassured me that it won't happen. I was told not to use the phone as they need to investigate the matter, my problem is that my life must wait due to their mistakes and faults. I m very disappointed in Vodacom, i used to tell people how proud i am about Vodacom but not anymore.
