Seriously I can not understand vodacom

After putting forward a complaint on the 8th of october. Vodacom contacted me to return my phone to be fixed as they admitted they made a mistake and the phone was in fact a vodacom hand set. now vodacom has once again returned the phone claiming there was water damage on the phone! the phone had ABSOLUTELY no water damage and I can not understand why vodacom would be scrounging for reasons to not fix my handset. I feel they are complete and have lost all faith in them! After being a loyal client for over 13 years including 8 family members that have been loyal I will no longer be a vodacom customer. I am disgusted at the way this company is run and cant comprehend how it would not honor its obligation of a two year warranty and instead would be sending me a phone backwards and forwards looking for continuous excuses. pathetic!!!
