I am totally disgusted with the service i am getting from vodacom! i applied for a laptop contract on the 12-09-2013 it was approved and was told it will take 7 to 14 days.after the 14 days i finally get through to vodacom and they tell me they dont have the laptop and dont know when they will have it! thats unacceptable!! i sent an email to the consultant who filled in my application and she doesnt reply. its now a month later! i phoned again yesterday and was told that a sales consultant would call me back as soon as possible and im still waiting! now i get an email from customer care saying i must come through to the shop because my application is incomplete!! this after i was told when i applied that because i have a current vodacom contract it is easy> i filled in the form and was told everything is in order and it is approved. now a month later with not as much as an email message, sms or a call my application is now incomplete. thats terrible
