I have been a loyal customer of vodacom (small letters=no respect) for the last - 20 years. My contract has expired and I was invited by vodacom to renew same. Since I have happily used the fancy Blackberry touch phoine for the past two years, I decided to go with the new Z10 from Blackberry. My monthly average spend is R7 to R8 hundred rands per month. Imagine my surprise when I was informed by vodacom that I could get the phone with an upfront payment of R1000. Bearing in mind that Cell C are offering a less expensive contract with the Z10 for free, my question becomes, where is vodacoms loyalty to the loyal customers like me? We are the mugs that actually keep them in business. So vodacom, where is your loyalty to loyal customers???
