Bad or no reception from Vodacom

I have bought myself a Samsung Galaxy S3 10.1 for work purposes as I am a rep for a big company here in the Vaaltriangle. I was forced to buy a Vodacom data bundle otherwise I would lose my guarantee on the tab. I may not use any other network for this reason.
Now my problem is that in the Vaaltriangle I am having a huge problem getting reception on my Tab and it's frustrating the out of me. When I go to a Vodacom shop all they can say is that must call the call centre and report it, well we all know what help they are.
Vodacom is slowly but surely me and alot of other people off.
Vodacom, you need to wake up and sort your problems out.
