Poor service - no feedback

My BB phone went in at the end of October for repairs, a refurbished was sent to me, which was also faulty.
The phone was send back on the 7th of December, until today they can t find the phone, after we was told that the phone will be at the Tyger Valley shop on Friday the 11 January or Monday the 14th. They don't respond to my e-mail and when I phone the shop to follow up on the matter, then even they do not come back to me.
This is not the only contract that I have with them, i am a client of them for the past 14 years.
Could you please see if you probably an get any respond from them.
