Samsung Cellphone Replacement

This is my second complaint about Autopage since within the month of October 2013. My mother upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S4 and after a long phone call the phone got extremely hot. She took it back to autopage where they send the phone in for repairs. She received the phone back after numerous complaints, and again the phone got hot after a telephone call. She took the phone back again and they said they will once again send it in to be looked at. After about 10 days, she got a call to say she can come and collect the phone. When switching the phone on in front of Johannes, the supervisor, the phone got hot and she demanded a brand new phone (because she is paying for a clearly faulty phone and not being able to use it). On 30 October 2013, she received a call stating that her phone would be replace with a new phone. Today, 31 October 2013, she went to collect her replaced phone, and when receiving the box, it was already opened. Now they say that she is receiving a refurbished phone, and this after being promised a new phone by Johannes and Michelle working in Menlyn Autopage (and the refurbished phone also gets hot). We still demand a brand new phone in a sealed box.
