Upgraded April 2013 to a Blackberry 9900, which was promptly sent back due to factory defect. Got it back and worked until December when the phone crashed. The phone was sent back to Mtn for assessment to which Mtn the REPLACED it with a refurbished Blackberry 9900. This was in December. This "replacement" phone has now been back to Mtn due to defects where it still currently is and has been since the 14th January. There wasn't even a courtesy phone offered at any point. This Blackberry 9900 has been discontinued. I have had absolutely NO feedback from Mtn unless I drive to the Mtn shop where I handed in my phone. I do not want a refurbished phone as I would like to receive a brand new phone to the same quality. This is totally unacceptable as I have been a loyal customer of Mtn for the better part of a decade.
