No phone for 5 days

I went to port my number from Autopage to MTN Tyger Valley. I did this Thursday (17/10). Lizanne (consultant) was very friendly and taking out the new contract was quick.

I waited for the port to be finalised, received the sms and could collect the phone the following day.
Collected the phone on Friday (no copy of contract given to me nor was the phone tested), this I now know is actually policy.

Phone was faulty so I had to take it back to Tyger Valley on Saturday just to hear they have no stock. (Note that the promotion only started 2 days ago and they have no stock!)
Arrangements were made for me to pick up a phone at Canal Walk branch. Managers were phoned and an email was sent. I was assured that with the invoice and phone (the only documentation I received) I will without a problem receive my phone.

Sunday I went to Canal Walk just to hear that I need the original contract to get a new phone.

5 Days later I still have no phone. I can only collect the phone from Tyger Valley after 5pm today.

5 Days of driving up and down NO compensation will be given, not even a pouch for the phone, all I got was managers pulling up their shoulders.

So disappointed!
