Early january I sent my faulty phone to MTN for repairs because it wasn't charging. I believe it was repaired around the 20th of January but today is the 04th of February I haven't received my phone back as yet. Luthando did not respond to my emails until he advised me that the phone was sent to the wrong address and he was going to get back to me that was Thursday last week. I sent follow up emails on Friday and Saturday and even try calling him without any success.
I have been without a phone for almost two months becuase my phone stopped charging late December. I am still paying my premium even though I am not receiving feedback.
Since Luthando not willing to respond to my mails anymore, I thought I should try other options
