Vodacom happy to accept a new contract and provide a new phone that requires a new sim card. More than two hours speaking to call centre departments, be given alternative numbers to phone (data, activation, business, etc)
and time wasted. Five days later all is great with my new phone but I cannot make a call! No response to the phoneback facility and I am sick to death of listening to Gagnam Style and Sholoza.
A hopeless business experience dished up by incompetent staff.
