There is no signal in the building where I work north of Pretoria. I was told that if MTN can't rectify it then I could be given a letter to allow me out of my contract early. First contacted the Coverage Dept on 20/11/12 and numerous times since. Always told that the person concerned is not answering his phone but that he will get back to me the same day. I have yet to be contacted by anyone. Thus it drags on and nobody has investigated whether the coverage can be rectified. It seems to me that they know that they will have to let me go but want to drag it on so long that my contract will be up before they investigate!! I have had my contract since 1997. This is not the first time MTN have me over.
