I had a contract with iburst for personal home internet however i did not have coverage at home so i was given a option by iburst to change my contract to another provider as they could not cancel the contract we then went to cell c and they told us that they have 93% coverage and i would be fine in my area so my contract was transfered to cell c however it was all a i have got no coverage so i loose my data every month as i am unable to use it at home. I have phoned them several times with no luck they tell me they going to look into the problem and get back to me but still i have had no response its over a year already. i will definitely not be renewing my contract with cell c and i have discouraged anyone from going to cell c for anything, they have no customer service and they actually dont care. All i want is to be able to utilise my internet that i pay for every month and i get no service. Can anything be done to give me coverage or can my contract be cancelled so i can go to someone who can provide me with coverage.
