I have not received coverage/service from MTN in my area since 05 February. I did approach your MTN shop in Cape Gate and was advised there that I should move.
I have since ported my number to Vodacom who has no coverage/service problems in my area and I would like MTN to cancel this contract.
I expect no penalty to be paid by myself as MTN is the cause of the cancellation due to broken service / coverage.
I am unable to discuss this with the manager at Tygervalley branch where I opened my account as she is never available, always in meetings and she does not respond to my SMS'.
