Dear MTN
I have phoned numerous times for same problem. I have changed my Cell C data contract to MTN so that I can have duel Sims on same contract, one for dongle and other for Ipad. I work remotely and need internet on the go. I reside in Kuils River and have terrible unstable coverage. I have phoned numerous times and on the last, a call was logged for a tech to investigate and to contact me. This was on 30/01/2013. Ref no, 96038768. I have phone 6 times this morning again, but my call keep on being cut off. The coverage no, 0839001212 does not seem to work anymore and I have to work through 1555 and then be transferred.
I hope you can understand my frustration.
I only have problem at my home in Kuils River and does not seem to have coverage problems at other areas. A technician was supposed to contact me to sort this out. This is very important since I work from home most days. The signal jumps from EDGE to 3G constantly on my Ipad and when on E, I can't even download mail or access a website. The same with my 3G dongle which stays on 5-25% signal strength.
I've been with MTN since 2000 and wish to stay, please help me in this regard??
