Before we took out the contract we asked re: signal problem etc? Debra @ MTN store confirmed a signal booster will b free.she insisted we take the faster Speed usb for R319 instead of R299 as it will be much faster, we called the Coverage centre b4 to confirm about our area coverage, they advised we do in fact have 3g coverage that is sufficient. We took 12month contracton 3Jan & went to the Mtn store 5Jan report our problems, were told we had to contact coverage direct, but closed weekends. Called 7th Jan & were told that we had to pay for a signal booster, when we were told twice it was FREE.We sent through all template info required ASAP.Now towers apparently down for months. Lisa (manager) called assuring all will be sorted out and she has a signal booster we could collect- We visited the store & called in and till today no booster. I received emails that was supposedly sent to higher management & nothing further. Called coverage 21Jan & Sizakele said there is nothing on their side logged.i had a case number. she would not listen to my proof of emails, responses etc.someone would call me back..nothing.now cancellations fees prob to be paid-becuase MTN has insufficient coverage!!
