Shocking contract with unjustifiable costs

In September last year It was time for my upgrade. I got an amazing deal at altech auto page for a S3 and was happy until I started getting my bills. For a contract that was meant to be R 269.00 I have never paid less than R 360.00. I then phoned the customer service and they told me that I had actually signed a contract for R 392.00, I have a copy of the contract signed and can clearly see the amount written and refused to believe this and told them to come up with a better solution as this was now getting very frustrating, they then apologized for the 4 months of over billing and sent me a credit note. When I got my next bill it had not been rectified and I had been charged over R 640.00. I called the service line again they told me the credit note was not valid (even though I received an sms confirming my credit was successfully completed) and that the contract I signed for R 269.00 comes excl of Vat (I have never had this issue on any previous contracts, the advert was deceiving as I did not see any warning that the prices were excl vat). Even with Vat added to my contract it still does not justify the amount on my bill.
