For the past four weeks, I could not use my Internet connection And I am stuck with a 24 month contract with MTN!! I wish to cancel this contract as I am paying this service provider for nothing. At the time of taking out my contract, in May 2012, I was promised a GOOD signal and coverage, but now there is nothing! I reported this to the call center on the 11th of February and was promised a call back from a Technician to investigate. ref no 0050859. I was told this would happen within 10 working days, still nothing! I am NOT prepared to pay any longer on this contract and have nothing to use, I am entitled to getting what I pay for!!!
