I have a 3G contract with vodacom. When I got the contract they said that our area has good coverage. This is not true. I am so frustrated with bad coverage. I have logged complaints but when they got back to me they agreed that our area has has bad coverage but there is nothing they can do. I waste a lot of data each month because the website has to reload many times. As well as the emails download halfway and then I loose coverage. What I do not understand is how when I got the contract coverage was good but over the last 3 or so months it's getting progressively worse. It's not only my laptop because my husband and neighbours are all complaining about their vodacom 3g coverage.
