Paying customer with no internet

On the 4/2/2013, I received my MTN modem. From day one, I couldn't connect due to bad signal. The head office told me that it merely was my settings which obviously wasn't the solution. I've contacted the head office numerous times and spoke to consultants who repeat the above.

I took my modem to a MTN store and which was fine there. When contacting the head office after that, I've been put through to many different departments, but not the heads of those departments as requested. Eventually when reaching a very helpful Snr. Technician I was given a reference number and I was told that the Coverage dept. would contact me, which never happened. I contacted Vanessa at the coverage department, and was told that I would be contacted within 10 days, which is unacceptable as I've already been waiting for 2 MONTHS. My debit order goes off monthly without fail. I'm paying R179 for absolutely NOTHING.

I would like to terminate this contract ASAP.
