I recently took out a contract (upgrade) for a phone with a tv. On completing the contract forms including my tv license and 3rd party form, I received the phone immediately but was told that I would have to wait for the tv, this was not indicated to me by the staff or advertisement flyers instore before hand. I placed a report on Hello Peter and received a reply that this matter was handed to regional management, to date no contact has being made. I then received a sms from Brightpoint stating that I was still to produce my tv license or 3rd party form. On monday I phoned Brightpoint only to be told that all documents were with them and I was to ignore the sms however they were out of stock of televisions and have being waiting for Samsung to deliver for 2 weeks and they could not tell me how much longer I must wait. I find this situation totally ridiculous and false advertising.
