On 02.05.13 I signed up a contract with Reeveshka at MTN Gateway for 2 gigs of internet with a 40 inch TV.
Eventually around the 06.06.13, I was able to collect my router as they were currently out of stock.
To date I am waiting for my TV to be delivered!!! I was promised it would take no longer than 2 weeks once I collected my router. Its been over a month and still waiting...!
I received and sms from BrightPoint to contact MTN and fill in a 3rd party form for the TV license - why I was not asked to do this when I orginally signed the contract, which included a copy of the TV license on 02.05.13 I have no clue and it irritates me further with this backwards and forwards a million times trying to get this contract sorted out. This was done over a week ago and I have not heard A WORD!
I am unable to make contact Bright Point, neither does MTN Gateway answer their landlines.
MORE THAN TWO MONTHS DOWN THE LINE AND THIS CONTRACT IS STILL NOT SORTED OUT YET I AM BEING BILLED!!! I AM GETTING BEYONG IRRITATED!!!
