I'm Luvuyo Nzele I took out a samsung phone with tv combo with Mtnsp on 4th of July 2013 at their Paarl Mall branch and I was told that the tv will be delivered at my home address within 2 weeks. Today is the 25th of August and I'm still waiting for my tv. I've contacted mtnsp customer care who replied I should contact Brightpoint the company dealing with the tv deliveries. I was upset that I should contact Brightpoint because there is no mention of Brightpoint intially when signing the contract. I contacted Brightpoint anyway and they told me they ran out of stock and they don't no when they'll get stock again. I advise mtnsp customer care of the reply I got from BP but they simply said there is nothing they can do. How can mtn advertise a product that they don't have. Shouldn't I have told upo signing that there is no stock. I also sore in mtnsp booklet for month august to september that they are advertising the same combo deal. I've been with mtnsp quite a few years and I'm dissapointed on this service.
