I did my cellphone upgrade with MTN on the 26th February 2013 at Cresta Mall. The upgrade includes a samsung phone and a 32inch Sumsang led TV, i received my phone at the MTN shop however the TV was supposed to be delivered by Brightpoint, i received an sms from them with their contact number but no one answers the phone when calling. Its already over month now and i still havent recieved my TV from Brightpoint. What kind of company is this, they dont delivery, they dont answer their phone or even call a client for feedback. I'm really off and irritated with their services, how could this company be awarded such a contract. I will never recommend this company to any one!
