What is wrong with Bright Point?

I ordered a TV through my MTN contract 3 weeks ago, I was told that it would be ready for delivery in 2 weeks. On the 7th of March, I received an SMS from BrightPoint asking for a 3rd Party form. I tried calling the number, but no one answers, I finally got hold of a cell number, and they got the Receptionist to call me back. When I was transferred to ANOTHER person, they told me that they were updating their systems and that sms was sent in error, and there is no forms that I need to fill in. THey said that the TV will be ready in two weeks. Its been 2 weeks and I still cannot get hold of Bright Point, to find out if all is ok? WHat is wrong with this company? They cant even have decent telephone systems that work!!! This is disgusting!
