I signed up for a contract with MTN for a TV phone. i never received the phone (it has been a month now). now i inquired with MTN, they referred me to Brightpoint. now i phoned brightpoint, apparently the bottleneck is at samsung, Brightpoint is still awaiting delivery from Samsung. really? it has been a month. what is the hold up?
