I have upgraded my contract 03 Aug, Samsung Galaxy pocket TV
I have been calling many times this week, to try get some sort of indication when Brightpoint will deliver my TV.
All they say is, sorry, we don't have stock, and we have no indication when they will get stock.
Try calling 808, they send you back to the store. The K90 store gets the same story from Brightpoint.
Am I going to get this TV, or wil I pay for a contract that I don't have the goods for. MTN I get very upset if you tell me sorry this is 3rd party. My contract is with MTN. It stays your responsibility to delver the goods. I want an answer, or I want to cancel the contract.
