MTN Midrand staff have a very bad attitude

I BOUGHTa contract with Mtn and they asked me to Port nobody told me tht my number will be disconnected, I went to the Mtn in Midrand to try and Rica the lady was very rude to me she did not expalin to me exactly what I needed to do. She told me I can go Rica somewhere else, The lady is thin and has big curly hair

I am very dissappointed with Mtn, Vodavom has nver given me any hassles.
I have very strong regrets why I ported my number to such a network.
Mtn is not a good network
