On the 27th May 2012, cancelled service with Neotel, giving one months notice period.
Receive a mail from Neotel saying that they had received the mail and that the service would be terminated with the last day of service being the 22/06/2013.
After receiving the statement for July, noticed that the amount of R47.71 was not refunded. I contacted customer service which informed me that they do make refunds for less than R50.00. I informed them that this was not stated in their T&C's and was totally unacceptable. Neotel then agreed to refund the amount.
On the 10/09/2012 I received a mail from Neotel saying that the amount had been submitted to accounts and once approved will be refunded.
My 07/02/2013 still shows a balance of R47.71 still to be refunded.
