Bad Attitude and Lack of Service - Vodacom Sandton

I bought a Vodacom Sim Card the other day, the agent at the the Game Store in Cresta RICA'ed me and I left. When I put the Sim Card in my Cellphone I was informed it was not RICA'ed. When i tried to make a call the Vodacom Automated Voice told me I could go to any Vodacom Store to get my Sim RICA'ed. So I went to Sandton City (close to my work) on Tuesday evening to get my Sim RICA'ed. When I walked in I was not assisted in the beginning. I went to the lady at the counter and asked to be RICA'ed. She asked if I bought the Sim in their store and I said no. She told me sorry we cannot help you. So i asked for the manager who eventually came. I told him my problem and he said they dont RICA Sim's from other stores. So I asked how much a new sim is he told me R5. So i said fine ill buy one then. He sent me to another person to sort it out. This guy started RICA on the wrong sim after i told him i needed a Micro Sim. So he goes and collects a Nano Sim. and starts the RICA Process. I told him not a normal sim and not a nano sim BUT A MICRO SIM. He turns around with horrible attitude and tells me it will be R65??? 3 wrong sim cards, terrible service and then it goes from R5 to R65???
