I brought my Tablet 10.1 in because of several technical glitches. I received an sms the same day that my tablet was ready for collection. Once I got it back, and still in the shop, I ran an update check(which was one of the problems) only to find that the same problem still occurred. The help desk lady took the device back up to the tech section and after a while brought it back down. I once again ran the update search and once again the same problem was there. I once took the tablet to Samsung to ask their tech guys.They said it was unlikely that it could be repaired.
If I were in Europe or the States, it ould simply be a case of exchnaging the faulty device with one that works. But this is South Africa where its a case of no service excellence and its considered quite alright to customers around. Pathetic
