Vodacom I am very dissapointed with your aftercare repaire service.
It has been 2 weeks since I gave in my Sony Xperia Z Tablet at Vodacom Klerksdorp (Checkers). No one contacts me to let me know what the progress is.
Now when I contacted Vodacom to find out whats going on, they tell me that Vodacare sent back the tablet without even looking at it and my tablet box (which they needed) is at Vodacare. Now the have to send back my tablet to vodacare where the box is so someone can take a look at the tablet.
So absolutely nothing happened in 2 weeks and we are where we started.
This is very upsetting. So now I can only hope that that the next 2 weeks isnt used to sent back and forth my tablet and its box?
Why cant someone just fix my tablet?
