Double Debit

I signed a 6 month contract and ordered a modem with mweb. They sent me two modems and when I phoned them I told them not to take the money off of my account for the second modem as I did not order it. They said they would get it fetched and that they would not debit my bank account. They did debit my bank account I have called 3 times and sat on the phone for 15 minutes at a time and my money has still not being returned to me. I was told that it was going to be done and clearly it has not.
