TABLET IN FOR REPAIRS MORE THAN A MONTH!!!

My tablet first went in for repairs (would not switch on) on the in January 2013. I was informed that it was ready for collection, collected it and when I got home I found out that the charging unit is not workingI sent it back for repairs and was informed that it was ready for collection on 11 February 2013. I collected it a few days later, when I got home the tablet would not switch on. I had to take it in for the 3rd time on 24 February, and I explained to the consultant that it was the 3rd time returning in a space of a couple of weeks and they need to consider replacing the unit. I kept on receiving updates about the job until the last one I received on 4 March, where the sms was saying job number 8634280 was in transit to Vodaworld and that was the last I hear about my tablet. A week and a half later, NOTHING from Vodacom.
I'm very angry and frustrated because for the past 2months I am paying for a device that is sitting at Vodacom!!! When am I getting my tablet back?? Bad Bad Service!!! I don't think I will be renewing my contracts with you!!! Somebody had better move from their comfy chair and get me my tablet!!!
