I bought a Blackberry 9320 at Fashion Express Maponya Mall on the 26th of January, when I got home I realized that the lid wasn't closing well so I took it back to the store on monday the 28th. When I got there they told me that they can't give me a new phone, they just have to take it to Repairs which is vodacare Jabulani mall (hence the phone policy states that if I have a problem with my phone within 7 days of purchasing it, they will gladly exchange it with a new one).
Sometime during the week I got a call from vodacare saying that the phone is water damaged & that it automatically falls out of warranty, if I want them to fix it for me I have to pay R2400 for that. Firstly I didn't understand why they were calling me instead of the shop & secondly the problem I had with the phone was the lid I don't remember the phone being water damaged. I went back to Fashion Expressed & complained then we called vodacare they confirmed that they want R2400 to fix it, now they brought back the phone with scratches, I am very unhappy. I want my phone in the condition it was in when I took it back to the store!
