Repairs Physical Damaged Phone

I lindiwe ndimande pleading for your help i took a contract with vodacare blackberry 9900 bold at jabulani mall i cancelled mt contract with vodacom due to the phone was giving me problems'i had an insurance but when i cancelled the contract they told me i couldnt insure the phone separately.the contract was cancelled on the 14 november 2012 at south gate mall a the amount o R7538.08.but then they debited again on the 02/12/2012 after i cancelled my contract with them. on the 11 february 2013 when i charged the phone it indicated the red light and i inserted the charger again it did the same thing.i switched on the phone and it didnt want to charge and did not want to turn on.i took the to jabulani vodacare & they tested it with their own equipment.and it did not respond they smsed me the job number 85988898, i called the number 0821944 i spoke to edward qodas and he told me the phone had too much pressure.they refered me to repair escalation i spoke to buli and she called the next day telling me tht the phone had over voltage and vodacom warranty does not cover physical damaged phone, and she told me to pay R5098.08 for replacement of a SECOND HAND PHONE.PLEASE HELP ME
