Cash Back Pay Out

On Sunday, the 3rd of February 2013 I renewed two Vodacom conctracts at Chatz Cellular in Mossel Bay. I am to receive a total of R3, 300.00 cash back, which I was told would reflect in my bank account within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the institution I bank with. As there was no deposit made into my bank account by Wednesday (72 hours later), I phoned to check what the problem was, thinking it had to do with the fact that the contract was renewed on a Sunday. I was informed that the person who was supposed to pay it out, was off and had only returned to work that Wednesday, promising to make the payment the same day (already late afternoon and still not made payment!). Checked my bank account today (Thursday & 96 hours later) - still nothing. I phoned Chatz and could the sales lady not take my call. I have requested that a proof of payment be faxed to me and did the lady I spoke to sound very uncertain about this even being a possibility. I am extremely disappointed in their service and very sorry that I chose to renew my contract with them and not with the other Vodashop in the same Mall. It's such a shame that nobody's word can be relied on anymore!
