SICK AND TIRED OF GOING TO VODACARE

I am so disappointed and mad right now with Vodacare ARC, my phone was physically damaged and on the 18 January I took it to Vodaworld for repairs, after waiting for what seemed almost an hour, I managed to book my phone in, 3 days later received a call as to what it will cost to repair the phone and that was authorized for them to go ahead, 28 January got an sms to say phone was ready for collection and I went to Vodacare, and waited for what seemed an hour. l realized it was not repaired properly and had to be rebooked for re repair just imagine after driving all the way there and the waiting, got the usual sms then nothing,
7 March phoned 082 1944 to check progress and was told phone was with a Technitian should check the next day called again on 8 Mar and I was told the phone will be sent to vodaworld but I will get it on Mon. Friday late after 4 got an sms that my phone was in transit to Vodaworld, Monday I waited no sms, 12 Mar phoned 082 1944 and was told to call Vodacare, was told it was ready still no sms I went there and phone was not fixed properly, honestly 3 times to Vodacare, I want a new phone I am sick and tired of going there and this is a total waste of my tim
