I bought a Blackberry 8520 Curve in May 2011, the phone have a 2 year warranty which covers for all techinical problems. In july 2012 I put the phone on a charger which they provided with the phone and out of sudden the an explosion occured and the phone was off. I personally booked it @ the vodacare outlet @ eastgate mall, and after they have checked it they discovered that the extend off the damage was huge and the phone can never be repaired. I took the phone back to the shop since it is still covered by the warranty. At the shop I spoke to a very unfriendly lady who told me they'll need to re-book the phone to vodacare in alberton where they do their repaires. Ohk I didn't have a problem with that and I was told to come check it after six weeks. I went back and only to be given back the phone on false pretends that it was fixed and because I didn't have the battery with me I couldn't check for sure if the phone was really fixed or not, so I took their word for it. And when I inserted the battery the phone was still not working. The following day I took it back only to be told the damage is not covered by the warranty. Can u pls help me in this regard?
